Elizabeth Rose has listed out a good list of plugins you don’t want to miss. I agree with most of those. You certainly want to have these, except one. Read the article and find out which one

Hiya, just a quick reaction to your comment on my article.
WPAU does not automatically upgrade your wordpress whenever a new version comes out. You need to MANUALLY activate the plugin to do the upgrade.
You have every right to say you do not like the plugin, but there are a lot of people who do not know how to manually upgrade wordpress. This plugin is perfect for them!

Nice list. Several of the wordpress plugins have been transferred over to Drupal. I do wish they would make one that would upgrade all your installed plugins for Drupal.
